| Lets are from 4.30pm Friday until 11.00am Friday. |
| Weekend lets are possible out of season at 75% of the weekly rate. |
| One third of the rental is due on booking, plus a returnable damage deposit of £60. The one third rental downpayment is refundable if cancellation takes place within 2 weeks of booking.The £60 deposit will be refunded (after return of keys by post) less the cost of electricity used (charged at cost) less any breakages or extra cleaning ‘above normal’. All our guests are very good at leaving the cottage as they find it, for which we are very grateful because it is our family cottage too. |
| The remaining two thirds of the rental is due 6 weeks before arrival. On receipt of this the key is sent to you via post. |

| Guests who stayed prior to the building of the new extension and price restructuring in 2005 are entitled to 10% discount |
| Bookings where only two people are staying, attract a 10% discount |
| As part of the New Forest’s efforts to ensure it is a “green” destination, guest bookings where no-one comes by car nor uses one, are entitled to a 5% discount and 2 complimentary bottles of New Forest wine (i) |
