| Heating is all electric thermostat radiators except the two bedrooms in the new extension and the three bathrooms/WC where the radiators are driven by an oil fired boiler in the kitchen. There is a log fire in the original hearth in the sitting room. Dustbins need to be out for early Tuesdays. |
| ACCESS POLICY |
| We welcome as many people as possible to our cottage. You can book by phone or in writing. We regularly have families and groups including people with learning disabilities. Our ground floor has 2 single bedrooms as well as an accessible WC and shower/wetroom, and no steps into or on the ground floor. Our external patio, looking out over a stunning view, is (accompanied) wheel chair accessible. However, as with any part modernised property, there are hazards which include steep narrow stairs to the 1st floor, uneven flooring, and a spacious garden with wild plants including some brambles and stinging nettles. (But that means we normally have lots of butterflies!). Do let us know if you have any special requirements, but at the end of the day you come at your own risk |
